Job DescriptionLead Abatement Technician Schedule: Project-based | Weekdays, day shift Location: Sacramento, CA Pay: $23.00 - $28.00/hour DOE Job Description: Express Employment Professionals is hiring a Lead Abatement Technician for a construction project in Sacramento. This is a project-based opportunity for a certified lead worker experienced in safe lead paint removal. The role involves working on-site to remove hazardous materials while maintaining a clean and compliant work environment. Key Responsibilities: 
<ul>
<li>Safely remove lead-based paint from walls and surfaces at a construction site</li>
<li>Maintain a clean and organized work area in compliance with safety standards</li>
<li>Use proper containment and disposal procedures for hazardous materials</li>
<li>Wear and maintain personal protective equipment, including respirators</li>
<li>Follow all CDPH and OSHA regulations for lead abatement</li>
</ul>
 Qualifications: 
<ul>
<li>Must have a valid Lead Worker Certification or CDPH Worker Certification</li>
<li>Must have own respirator and be fit-tested</li>
<li>Prior experience in lead abatement or hazardous material removal required</li>
<li>Ability to work in physically demanding environments</li>
