Qualifications:
- Current, unrestricted RN license
- Clinical experience in a level II/III Neonatal Intensive Care Unit (NICU)
- BLS and NRP certifications required
- Strong critical thinking and communication skills
- Ability to adapt quickly within fast-paced environments
- Previous travel nursing experience preferred but not required
