Position Overview
The Robotics Technician plays a critical role in supporting the Operations Maintenance team by troubleshooting, repairing, and maintaining material handling equipment, pneumatic systems, and automated packaging and distribution machinery. This position also contributes to the development of junior technicians through hands-on mentorship and technical guidance.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform corrective and preventive maintenance on material handling and pneumatic systems.
- Install, maintain, and repair automated packaging and distribution equipment.
- Diagnose mechanical, electrical, and controls-related issues to minimize downtime.
- Collaborate with operations teams to ensure equipment reliability and performance.
- Mentor and support junior technicians to enhance team capability and technical skill.
Shift Options
All shifts follow a 4 days on / 3 days off schedule.
Front Half Day Shift
- Typical Schedule: Sunday–Wednesday
- Hours: Approximately 6:00 AM–4:30 PM (includes a 30-minute break)
Back Half Day Shift
- Typical Schedule: Wednesday–Saturday
- Hours: Approximately 7:00 AM–5:30 PM (includes a 30-minute break)
Front Half Night Shift
- Typical Schedule: Sunday–Wednesday
- Hours: Approximately 6:00 PM–4:30 AM (includes a 30-minute break)
Back Half Night Shift
- Typical Schedule: Wednesday–Saturday
- Hours: Approximately 7:00 PM–5:30 AM (includes a 30-minute break)

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $66040.00 - $66040.00/yr.
