- 1st Shift:
- 5:00 AM – 1:30 PM
- 6:00 AM – 2:30 PM
- 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM
Pay Rate: $13.75/hour
- 2nd Shift:
- 2:00 PM – 10:30 PM
Pay Rate: $14.75/hour
- 2:00 PM – 10:30 PM
- 3rd Shift:
- 9:00 PM – 5:30 AM
- Mandatory Overtime: until 6:30 AM or 7:30 AM as required
Pay Rate: $16.00/hour
Job SummaryWe are seeking an experienced and reliable Cabin Cleaner Lead to oversee aircraft interior cleaning operations. This position works hands-on alongside a team of 3–5 Cabin Cleaners, ensuring aircraft cabins are thoroughly cleaned, secured, and flight-ready. The Lead serves as a working team leader, supporting the Supervisor and maintaining high standards of safety, cleanliness, and performance.Key Responsibilities
- Lead and work alongside a team of 3–5 employees cleaning aircraft interiors
- Clean and sanitize aircraft cabins, including:
- Passenger seats, armrests, and tray tables
- Seat pockets and overhead compartments
- Cabin floors and aisles (vacuuming)
- Clean and restock galleys and lavatories
- Perform required security searches, including:
- Overhead bins
- Galleys
- Lavatories
- Monitor work quality and productivity of assigned crew
- Assist with directing smaller work groups when Supervisor is present
- Report performance, attendance, or safety concerns to Supervisor
- Support special projects or assignments as directed by management
- Ensure compliance with all airport, safety, and security regulations
Leadership Expectations
- Serve as a point of contact for assigned crew during shifts
- Provide guidance and direction (non-disciplinary)
- Maintain a professional, safety-focused work environment
- Communicate effectively with Supervisors and team members
Qualifications & Requirements
- Prior cleaning, janitorial, or aircraft cabin cleaning experience preferred
- Previous lead or team coordination experience strongly preferred
- Ability to work in confined spaces and perform physical tasks
- Must be dependable and comfortable with early mornings, overnight shifts, weekends, and holidays
Mandatory Requirements
- Valid Driver’s License (held for at least 1 year)
- Must be 21 years or older
- MVR (Motor Vehicle Record) required
- Must pass background check and airport security clearance
- Reliable transportation to airport location
Physical Requirements
- Lift up to 30 lbs
- Stand, bend, kneel, and walk for extended periods
- Work inside aircraft cabins for prolonged durations
