The Teller processes a variety of financial transactions and provides excellent customer service in a professional and courteous manner.
Responsibilities:
- Process deposits, withdrawals, loan payments, and other transactions.
- Balance cash drawer and maintain accurate records.
- Provide prompt, efficient, and friendly service.
- Promote bank products and refer customers as appropriate.
- Follow all security procedures and compliance guidelines.
Requirements:
Qualifications & Skills:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- 1–2 years of cash handling or customer service experience.
- Basic math and computer skills.
