Schedule

• Hours per Week: 15

• Hours per Day: 7.5

• Days per Week: 2

Work Days:

• Saturday: 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM

• Sunday: 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM

Days Off:

• Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday

Compensation

• $45 – $50/hour

Position Overview

We are seeking a qualified Ultrasound Technologist to perform diagnostic imaging procedures and support radiologists in delivering high-quality patient care. This role requires strong technical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently in a clinical environment.

Primary Responsibilities

• Perform ultrasound examinations in accordance with departmental protocols.

• Assist radiologists during ultrasound-guided procedures.

• Operate, adjust, clean, and perform minor maintenance on ultrasound equipment.

• Ensure patient and staff safety during all imaging procedures.

• Maintain adequate inventory of supplies and equipment.

• Capture, review, and transfer imaging data to PACS and physician workstations.

• Schedule patient examinations and manage departmental communications.

• Support onboarding and training of new ultrasound staff.

• Perform additional duties as assigned.

Required Qualifications

• Registered with the American Registry of Diagnostic Medical Sonographers (ARDMS).

• Strong knowledge of ultrasound procedures and imaging equipment.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and general computer applications.

• Excellent communication skills (verbal and written).

• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.

Education Requirements

One of the following:

• Associate Degree in Diagnostic Medical Technology, OR

• High School Diploma/GED plus completion of an accredited Ultrasound/Sonography training program

Required Certifications

• ARDMS (RDMS) – Registered Diagnostic Medical Sonographer

• BLS (Basic Life Support)
