What We're Seeking:
An established or emerging sales leader with 4 years of experience who thrives on building and leading teams. As a Sales Director, you'll drive the growth of our client network while taking on these exciting responsibilities:
Your Role:
- Lead and mentor a team of 4-5 sellers, BDRs, and client success experts, with the opportunity to recruit and train additional talent.
- Shape sales strategies, pricing models, and outreach techniques to capture and retain clients.
- Spearhead upselling, cross-selling, and successful onboarding of new accounts.
- Fine-tune and optimize our CRM and exclusive Ad-tech tools.
- Collaborate with advertising, R&D, and tech teams to enhance existing offerings and develop innovative new products.
- Join our leadership team and report directly to the CEO.
- Exceed quarterly targets for net new revenue, account growth, and sales value.
Qualifications:
- 4 years of B2B digital marketing, sales, or CS experience
- Thrive in a collaborative team environment.
- Adept at crafting and testing innovative strategies to engage buyers.
- Organized, goal-oriented, and effective time manager.
- Stellar communication skills to foster meaningful relationships.
- Enthusiastic, energetic, and skilled at nurturing connections.
- Charismatic leader with a proven ability to inspire and manage teams.
- Bachelor's degree.
