G&amp;L Ironworks is a growing structural and ornamental steel company serving Long Island. We're looking for an experienced fabricator/installer who can take ownership of projects and help us build the next stage of our company.
 
Responsibilities:
<ul>
<li>Fabricate structural steel, railings, stairs, and miscellaneous metals</li>
<li>Read and interpret shop drawings</li>
<li>Lead installations and work efficiently in the field</li>
<li>Operate fabrication equipment safely</li>
<li>Work directly with ownership to maintain quality and schedule</li>
<li>Help train less experienced employees when needed</li>
</ul>
 
Qualifications:
<ul>
<li>5+ years of fabrication and installation experience</li>
<li>Ability to read structural and architectural drawings</li>
<li>Strong MIG welding skills (TIG is a plus)</li>
<li>Experience with structural steel and ornamental metals</li>
<li>Valid driver's license</li>
<li>Reliable, professional, and safety conscious</li>
</ul>
