Title: Part-time customer service & sales support clerk
Location: 135 Erick St, Unit E, Crystal Lake, IL 60014 (In-office)
Hours: 20-30 hours per week
- 10:00 AM – 3:00 PM, 3–4 days per week
- In-office only
Compensation: $17.00 – $19.00 per hour, based on experience

Job Summary: We are seeking a reliable, detail-oriented Part-time Clerk to support sales, customer service, general office tasks, and CRM/system updates. This role combines sales support and customer service duties to keep our office running smoothly.
Responsibilities:Maintain and update customer databases
- Sales support and customer service
- Assist with customer email campaigns (e-blasts)
- Update and manage data in our CRM (HubSpot)
- Perform other general office duties as needed
Requirements:
- Dependable with a positive attitude; self-motivated
- Strong computer skills, especially MS Office
- Excellent customer service and verbal/written communication
- Professional appearance
- Excellent organizational skills and ability to multi-task
- Detail-oriented and able to work independently in a fast-paced environment
- In-office presence required
- Experience with HubSpot or other CRM systems
