We are seeking a Licensed Dental Assistant to join our dedicated team in New Brighton, MN. This is an excellent opportunity to work in a collaborative, patient-focused environment where your skills and compassion will make a real difference in the community.

As a Licensed Dental Assistant, you will be an integral part of our Oral Health Care team, assisting dentists, CRNAs, anesthesiologists, hygienists, and dental/advanced therapists in the preparation and direct provision of primary care dental services to patients in our outpatient clinics or at community sites within the mobile delivery program.


KeyResponsibilities:

  • Assistdentists in all aspects of patient care, including procedures and exams.
  • Preparetreatment rooms and sterilize instruments according to infection controlprotocols.
  • Takeand develop dental radiographs (X-rays) as required.
  • Providepatient education on oral hygiene and post-procedure care.
  • Maintainaccurate patient records and assist with scheduling and administrative tasks asneeded.
  • Ensurea clean, organized, and efficient work environment.
  • Travelas needed to support community sites, which may include driving a companyvehicle or personal transportation when necessary.

Requirements:

  • Highschool diploma or GED required.
  • Completionof an accredited dental assisting program.
  • ActiveMinnesota Licensure, DAND Certification, and/or other state jurisprudencerequirements to perform designated tasks.
  • CurrentCPR (BLS) certification from the American Heart Association or Red Cross.
  • Effectiveoral and written communication skills in English (Spanish proficiency preferredbased on clinic location).
  • Validdriver’s license and ability to be added to the company car insurance rosterhighly preferred.
