Job Details
• Come enjoy the great outdoor state of Wyoming this Summer! Medium sized hospital 100 miles north of Denver in southern Wyoming needs an Ortho/Neuro RN with 1+ years experience to start ASAP 12 hr shifts.

Job Requirements
• 1+ years experience in Ortho/Neuro nursing
• Ability to manage IV treatments and drips including Heparin and Ketamine
• Telemetry reading experience preferred

Schedule Information
• Shift Times: 06:45 - 19:15
• Self-Scheduling available
• Weekend Requirements: 4 weekend shifts within a 4-week period
• Holiday Requirements: Required to work some holidays
• Some on-call shifts may occur due to low census

Unit Specific Information
• Unit-Specific Orientation: 2-3 shifts during the first week
• Navy blue scrubs with the CRMC logo are required
• RNs may float to Medical, Medical Oncology, and Telemetry units

Additional Details

• NIHSS
• Nurses must titrate drips including Heparin and Ketamine
• Charge Nurse starts one hour before the rest of the staff
• CNA ratios are typically 1:8-12
• Unit uses BiPAP, CPAP, and nasal cannulas
• Must be willing to care for COVID patients
• The unit is fast-paced with high turnover
• Nurses are provided with phones and trackers
• This is a Magnet facility with stroke and bariatric certifications
• Overtime (OT) is allowed when needed
