Berean Christian School is seeking a Secondary Principal for the 2025-2026 school year.

Candidates must have a passion for serving God in the context of education. A relationship with Jesus Christ and viewing your position as a ministry is essential. Berean Christian School is the largest ministry of Grace Fellowship, and as such all school administrators must attend Grace Fellowship, the parent church of BCS. The Secondary Principal is the educational and spiritual leader of grades 7 through 12 who will provide day-to-day direction and develop best practices to instructional and support personnel for optimal student growth. The individual will lead with an effective model of integrity, efficiency and accountability and will provide ample opportunity for academic and extracurricular development.

Qualifications and Experience: The Secondary Principal must hold a minimum of a masters degree in secondary education or educational leadership. Preference will be given to applicants with ACSI certification and a minimum of three years of experience in a secondary administrative capacity. The Secondary Principal must also provide evidence of spiritual maturity and a consistent relationship with Jesus Christ and a commitment to Christian education.
