Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology, active SLP license and 1+ year of Speech-Language Pathology experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.
A full-time Speech-Language Pathology position is available for the 20252026 school year within a dynamic elementary school setting in Anaheim, CA. This contractual role offers the opportunity to work with a diverse K-12 student caseload under a district utilizing a caseload model. Dedicated therapy spaces and paid administrative time, including team meetings, support your ability to provide effective intervention services.
Key responsibilities include:
- Conducting speech and language evaluations, screenings, and assessments
- Developing and implementing individualized education plans (IEPs) consistent with district protocols
- Delivering direct and indirect therapy services to support language development and communication skills
- Collaborating with educators, parents, and interdisciplinary teams to ensure student progress
- Maintaining accurate documentation and compliance with state and district requirements
Desired qualifications and experience:
- Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) in Speech-Language Pathology
- Valid California Speech-Language Pathology license
- Experience working in pediatric and school settings, ideally with elementary-aged students
- Familiarity with IEP development and special education processes
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
- Eligibility to pass California fingerprinting and background checks
This role offers a structured schedule aligned with the school year (August 2025 through June 2026) and provides the benefit of paid administrative time for essential non-direct service activities.
