Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology, active SLP license and 1+ year of Speech-Language Pathology experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.
A bilingual Spanish-speaking Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) with CCC certification is needed for a full-time contract position in Ventura, CA. This onsite role supports up to 65 students ranging from Pre-K through 8th grade across 1-2 schools. The position starts ASAP with a standard 37.5-hour workweek.
Qualifications and Experience:
- Valid Speech-Language Pathology Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC)
- Bilingual in Spanish and English to serve diverse student populations
- Experience working in school settings with students in Pre-K to 8th grade
- Ability to manage caseloads effectively with up to 65 students
- Flexibility to commute between one and two school locations daily
- Strong communication and collaboration skills within educational teams

Responsibilities:
- Conduct speech and language evaluations and provide therapy for students with communication disorders
- Develop individualized education plans (IEPs) and implement targeted interventions
- Collaborate with teachers, parents, and multidisciplinary teams to support student progress
- Maintain accurate session notes and progress documentation
- Adapt therapy approaches to meet bilingual and culturally diverse student needs
- Manage scheduling and travel between assigned school sites efficiently
