Growing National Healthcare Corp is seeking an experienced Director of Physician Recruitment to lead a high-performing team and drive our national provider recruitment efforts. Key Responsibilities

Develop and implement recruitment strategies to attract highly qualified physician candidates across multiple specialties and regions.

Lead, mentor, and manage the physician recruitment team, ensuring effective sourcing, screening, and candidate engagement practices.

Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and oversee the full recruitment lifecycle from requisition to onboarding.

Optimize recruitment processes through the effective use of technology, tools, and platforms to improve efficiency and candidate experience.

Build and maintain robust candidate pipelines through events, relationship-building, and partnerships with educational institutions and professional organizations.

Track, evaluate, and report key recruitment metrics to guide decision-making and ensure recruitment goals are met.

Develop and deliver training programs for new team members, along with annual refresher training for existing staff.

Provide ongoing feedback and performance management, supporting staff development, engagement, and retention.
Requirements
-
Minimum 2 years of experience directing a physician staffing team.

At least 5 years of experience in physician staffing or physician recruitment.
