Job DescriptionProduction Welder – (Shelbyville, KY)
Pay Rate: $20.50/hour
Responsibilities:
- Perform repair welding on parts missed by robotic welders
- Set up jigs and fixtures, ensuring proper alignment and quality
- Operate welding and production equipment efficiently and safely
- Use measuring tools to verify adherence to quality standards
- Maintain accurate production records and a clean, organized work area
- Perform MIG welding, buffing, spot welding, and fixture setups
- Load jigs, pack, deburr, sort, and rework parts as needed
- Read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings
Required Skills & Experience:
- Minimum 3 years of welding experience in a manufacturing or industrial setting
- Proficiency in MIG welding is a strong plus
- Ability to meet production targets while maintaining high-quality standards
- Must pass a MIG weld test as part of the hiring process
Preferred Skills:
- Experience with machine loading
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety
- Excellent attendance and punctuality record
Work Environment:
- Non-temperature-controlled manufacturing facility
- Conditions may be warm in summer and cooler in winter

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $22.50 - $27.00/hr.
