Evans is hiring an Organizational Change Management consultant to join their growing team in one of their contracts in the Washington DC area. You will play a crucial role in executing change management strategies and initiatives while acting as a client liaison. This role will collaborate closely with stakeholders and project teams while implementing change processes, analyzing performance data and supporting continuous improvement.
Responsibilities:
- Act as a project leader overseeing quality control while aligning change initiatives with the organization’s business objectives.
- Provide support for the multifaceted aspects of the change management program, including strategic planning, plan development, updates, and leadership facilitation.
- Establish and maintain stakeholder relationships, communications, and outreach support in support of a multi-faceted, dynamic program.
- Plans, develops, and delivers comprehensive learning programs and tracks enablement execution.
Ensures the entire organization knows how to use the platform to achieve the best employee experience. - Develop and deliver OCM training for employees and leaders to enhance their change management skills and overall strengthen the organizations’ change capacity.
- Contribute to the development of change metrics and implementation while analyzing and tracking key performance indicators.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for a change agent network, where leading all facets of intra- and inter-team communication including scheduling meetings involving multiple stakeholders, planning agendas, and facilitating meetings.
- Manage relevant change management logs (e.g., communication, award, resistance management) and analyzing them for appropriate actions.
- Execute strategic direction and implementation of change management processes and related activities.
- Coordinate with communications and training specialists regarding change management related objectives and program related needs.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree in a related field (i.e., Organizational Change Management, Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field.
- 7 to 10 years of relevant experience with OCM theories and models such as Prosci ADKAR, Kotter's 8-step Model, or Lewin's Change Management Model.
- Proven experience in developing and conducting OCM assessments and plans.
- Experience conducting a learning needs analysis, developing a learning plan, and applying the knowledge to establish learning material.
- Strong stakeholder engagement and communications expertise.
- Ability to work effectively and collaboratively in a fast-paced team environment, including adaptability to a changing environment.
- Ability to manage competing priorities and deadlines while remaining organized.
- Problem solving and innovative solution oriented – ability to see the big picture.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficient in analyzing data to measure success.
- Proficient strategic development skills.

Compensation
Salary is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual’s particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $100,000 to $115,000 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Evans’s total compensation package for employees.
