Position: Customer Support Representative
Work with homeowners to schedule appointments for roofing and window projects. This is a career opportunity for a motivated, outgoing phone professional who enjoys connecting with people. 
EARN $50,000 to $90,000/yr
Responsibilities:

Engage with homeowners, build rapport, and identify their home improvement needs.

<li>Qualify leads and schedule appointments for window and roofing</li>
</ul>

Qualifications:
<ul>
<li>Minimum 3-5 years of call center experience</li>
<li>Exceptional client and database management skills-ability to develop and schedule appointments and manage lead database</li>
<li>Amazing Phone Skills</li>
<li>Excellent verbal and written communication skills</li>
<li>Flexible availability to work various shifts during the week including some weekends</li>
</ul>
