Job DescriptionWe are looking for a dedicated Sales Support team member to join our team in Woodbridge, New Jersey. This is a long-term contract position that combines both in-office and remote work, offering a hybrid schedule of four days onsite and one day remote. The role involves assisting with sales functions and providing exceptional support to ensure smooth operations.
Responsibilities:
• Provide comprehensive post-sales support to customers, ensuring timely resolution of inquiries and issues.
• Handle inbound and outbound sales communications, maintaining strong relationships with clients.
• Manage order entry processes accurately and efficiently, meeting deadlines and quality standards.
• Collaborate closely with the sales team to address client needs and streamline operations.
• Assist with inside sales activities, including account management and follow-ups.
• Prepare sales reports and maintain documentation for tracking performance metrics.
• Ensure all sales-related data is organized and accessible for team use.
• Contribute to the development of strategies to improve sales support processes.
• Monitor and analyze customer feedback to identify areas for service improvement.
• Support business casual dress code requirements and adhere to high standards.• Proven experience in post-sales support, with a track record of resolving customer concerns effectively.
• Familiarity with inside sales operations, including account management and client follow-ups.
• Strong skills in outbound and inbound sales communications.
• Proficiency in order entry systems and maintaining accurate records.
