Role Overview
As VP of Marketing, you will be a key member of ReBet's leadership team, responsible for driving growth across the entire marketing funnel. We are looking for a dynamic, strategic, and hands-on VP of Marketing to lead our customer acquisition, retention, and brand marketing efforts. This leader will own the marketing roadmap and drive measurable business impact across paid, organic, and brand channels. You will oversee user acquisition, retention/lifecycle marketing, creative strategy, and brand positioning. This role requires a seasoned marketing executive who is as comfortable building strategy as they are rolling up their sleeves to execute. You should have a proven track record leading performance marketing teams, scaling digital brands, and delivering ROI in high-growth environments. Experience in the gaming, mobile app, or digital consumer space is strongly preferred.
Key Responsibilities
- Own the full marketing strategy and execution across paid, organic, lifecycle, and brand channels
- Build and lead a high-performing marketing organization, fostering collaboration across creative, acquisition, CRM, and analytics teams
- Develop and manage the marketing budget with a focus on measurable ROI and capital efficiency
- Drive user acquisition and growth across performance channels including paid social, search, influencer, and partnerships
- Oversee lifecycle marketing, CRM, and retention strategies to increase LTV and reduce churn
- Define and evolve ReBet's brand voice, positioning, and identity to deepen customer connection and stand out in a competitive landscape
- Collaborate with Product, Data, and Engineering to optimize funnel performance and customer experience
- Establish and monitor key performance metrics, marketing attribution, and testing frameworks
- Serve as a thought leader and marketing advisor to the CEO and executive team
Qualifications
- 15+ years of marketing experience, including 10+ years in performance and brand marketing roles
- 5+ years of experience in mobile gaming, real money gaming, sports betting, or consumer digital products
- Proven success building and leading teams in high-growth, entrepreneurial environments
- Deep knowledge of digital marketing channels (Meta, Google, TikTok, Snapchat, programmatic, influencer, affiliate, etc.)
- Strong analytical mindset with experience using data and experimentation to guide decisions
- Experience with marketing tech stacks, CRM tools, attribution platforms, and creative testing
- Excellent communication and leadership skills with ability to influence cross-functionally
- Bachelor's degree required; MBA or advanced degree a plus
This position is onsite at our Boston HQ located next to South Station.
