As our Director of Nursing Services, you'll earn a competitive salary of $80,000+ per year, based on experience.

YOUR SCHEDULE
This is a full-time position with a Monday–Friday schedule, with 24-hour on-call support to meet resident needs.
YOUR DAY
As our Director of Nursing Services, you'll wear many hats-leader, mentor, advocate, and innovator. Here's how you'll make a difference:
- Oversee resident health assessments and create individualized service plans
- Ensure excellence in medication management and staff competency in administration
- Train and educate care staff while coordinating outside training as needed
- Lead resident care meetings and quality assurance reviews
- Foster open communication with residents, families, staff, and healthcare partners
- Collaborate with therapists, dieticians, and specialists for a holistic care approach
- Ensure compliance with all state and federal regulations
WHAT WE NEED FROM YOU
We're looking for someone who meets the following qualifications:
- Current RN or LPN license in Nevada
- Graduate of an accredited nursing program
- 2+ years' leadership experience in assisted living or long-term care
- CPR and First Aid certified
- Strong knowledge of nursing standards and compliance requirements
- Excellent leadership and communication skills
- A sincere dedication to serving seniors
