Location: Phoenix, AZ (Biltmore, Arcadia, Scottsdale, and surrounding areas)
Pay: $27–$33/hr DOE

Are you an experienced Concrete Form Setter looking for consistent work with a growing contractor? Join a team that specializes in residential and commercial concrete construction throughout the Phoenix area. You'll work on a variety of projects, including custom homes, foundations, slabs, and structural pours, with steady opportunities across multiple job sites.

Responsibilities
- Set, align, and secure concrete forms for foundations, slabs, walls, and structural components.
- Perform site preparation, rebar placement, and assist with concrete pours.
- Measure, cut, and assemble formwork accurately according to project requirements.
- Assist with concrete finishing using tools such as bull floats and power screeds.
- Work closely with team members to complete pours safely and on schedule.
- Operate hand and power tools safely and effectively.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.
- Follow all job site safety standards and procedures.
QualificationsRequired
- 5+ years of concrete form setting or concrete carpentry experience.
- Minimum of 6 months of concrete finishing experience.
- Ability to read measurements and perform accurate layout work.
- Experience on residential and/or commercial construction projects.
- Ability to work outdoors and perform physically demanding tasks, including lifting, bending, kneeling, and standing for extended periods.
- Reliable transportation and willingness to travel between job sites throughout the Phoenix area.

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $26.00 - $33.00/hr.
