Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Evaluate FIT, PP, and TOP samples and provide clear, detailed feedback
- Conduct bulk inspections and prepare accurate inspection reports
- Organize and maintain SMS, SEW-BY, FIT, PP, and TOP samples; manage an efficient sample library and retrieve samples as needed
- Support the QC Manager in daily quality control operations and follow-up processes
- Communicate with overseas factories and respond to emails in a timely and professional manner
Required Competencies:
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to provide clear fit and quality feedback to overseas vendors
- Solid knowledge of garment construction, fit, and finishing
- High attention to detail with strong accuracy
- Excellent multitasking, organization, and time management skills
- Strong problem-solving ability with a proactive approach to identifying issues and recommending solutions
