This is a unique opportunity to work closely with executive leadership and gain hands-on exposure to operations.Responsibilities of Home Care Admin Assistant:

Manage and maintain the CEO’s calendar, scheduling meetings, appointments, and calls

Coordinate and book travel arrangements
- Monitor and manage the CEO’s email inbox

Monitor company portals and ensure documentation is updated and compliant

Track and follow up on Home Health Aide (HHA) documentation, credentials, and onboarding requirements
- Maintain organized digital filing systems and reports
- Provide general administrative support to help streamline daily operations
Qualifications for Home Care Admin Assistant:
