• Required Certifications BLS, ACLS, NIH Stroke
• Years of Experience: 5
• Float Requirements: to all step-down units, Telemetry, and other ICU level units

Unit Information:

• Number of Beds: 16
• Patient Ratios: 1:2
• Equipment: ventilator management experience required
• EMR: Epic

Hiring Profile:

• Must Have Skills/Experience: titration of medications, ability to interpret ECG, management of ventilator patient

• Preferred Skillset/Experience: prior ICU experience

• Type of Patients on Unit: cardiogenic shock, respiratory failure, renal failure, post-PCI

• Personality Fit: team-oriented
