We are looking for a skilled PART TIME Payroll Administrator to support our team on a contract basis in Walnut Creek, California. The ideal candidate will have experience managing ADP WFN payroll processes for mid-sized organizations and a strong understanding of payroll systems. Responsibilities:
• Process full-cycle payroll for 300-500 employees, ensuring accuracy and compliance with all regulations.
• Manage and maintain payroll data using ADP Workforce Now, including updates to employee information.
• Address payroll-related inquiries from employees and resolve any discrepancies in a timely manner.
• Prepare and distribute payroll reports and ensure proper documentation is maintained.
Solid commissions and bonus calculations and disbursements.
• Collaborate with the HR and finance departments to ensure seamless payroll operations.
• Stay updated on changes in payroll laws and regulations to ensure compliance.
• Conduct audits of payroll processes to identify and rectify errors.
• Handle tax filings and ensure timely submission of payroll taxes.
• Assist with the preparation of year-end reports, including W-2s and other required documentation.
• Proven experience in full-cycle payroll processing for 300-500 employees.
• ***Proficiency in using ADP Workforce Now system.
• Strong knowledge of payroll laws, tax regulations, and compliance standards.
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to handle confidential information.
• Strong communication skills to effectively address employee inquiries and collaborate with team members.
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Previous experience with payroll reporting and auditing processes is preferred.
• Familiarity with year-end payroll procedures, including W-2 preparation
