As our Transaction Specialist, you won't just process paperwork—you'll ensure that every transaction flows seamlessly from contract to closing, protecting agent commissions and enabling them to focus on what they do best: serving their clients with excellence. What You'll Create
Ensure Transaction Excellence Process real estate transactions in Brokerage Engine with accuracy and efficiency that exceeds expectations. Your meticulous review of contracts and commission breakdowns maintains quality control standards that protect both agents and the company while ensuring transparency in every transaction.
Enable Timely Agent Success Prepare and send Commission Disbursement Authorizations (CDAs) to attorneys and title companies ahead of closing deadlines. Your coordination with closing teams ensures seamless payment processing while monitoring transaction timelines to prevent delays that could impact agent payments.
Drive Strategic Improvement Partner with the CFO and leadership to align transaction processes with broader financial goals. Your evaluation of transaction workflows and process recommendations contribute to the development of long-term procedures that scale with company growth.
Champion Cross-Functional Success Work closely with State Brokers to ensure transaction compliance and thorough broker review while coordinating with Brokerage Engine support to resolve system issues. Your partnership across departments ensures smooth processing and serves as a reliable resource for transaction-related guidance.

Your Foundation

Bachelor's degree in Real Estate, Finance, Business Administration, or related field preferred

Previous experience in project management, real estate operations, or transaction coordination required
