You will oversee daily operations, drive sales growth, and ensure exceptional customer service. You will receive personalized mentorship from our owner, Jesse Michaels, who will guide you through the intricacies of the insurance industry and share valuable insights to help you succeed. Responsibilities
Team Leadership: Recruit, hire, train, and develop a high-performing team of insurance agents.
Sales Management: Set and achieve sales goals, monitor performance metrics, and implement strategies to drive revenue growth.
Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.
Operational Efficiency: Oversee daily operations, including appointment scheduling, policy issuance, and claim processing.
Regulatory Compliance: Stay updated on industry regulations and ensure compliance with all licensing and compliance requirements.
Financial Management: Monitor financial performance, including revenue, expenses, and profitability.
Mentorship and Coaching: Provide guidance and support to team members, fostering a positive and productive work environment.
Requirements
Licensing: Must have a valid 2-20 Florida insurance license.
Experience: 3+ years of insurance experience.
Industry Knowledge: A deep understanding of the insurance industry, including products, regulations, and market trends.
Strong Sales Skills: Ability to motivate and coach sales teams to achieve targets.
Business Acumen: A solid grasp of financial principles and business operations.
Excellent Communication Skills: Effective communication skills to interact with clients, team members, and insurance carriers.
Strong Organizational Skills: Ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize, and meet deadlines.
Problem-Solving Skills: The ability to identify and resolve issues in a timely and effective manner..
