Georgia Medical is looking for an FNP interested in providing temporary coverage to an employee/family onsite clinic in New Hope, MN.

Details:

Start Feb 16- May 13

Hours: M & Tues - 11a-6p, W, TH, F - 6a-12p

Ages 2 and up

RN and Licensed Clinical Social Worker on staff

-Occ Health Services:

-Workers Compensation (not yet will be starting soon)

-Sport/School Physicals

-Pap Smears/Well Woman Exams

-Dispensary

Wellness Programs (Smoking Cessation , Weight Management, Diabetes Management, Stress Management)

Client Dedicated WC

$90 per hour

Paid shadow training (4hrs)

Paid module training (2 hrs)

Paid Malpractice

Requirements:

Must have 2+ years family medicine experience

Must have clean, active MN FNP licensure

Must have clean background check

Able to commute daily from home
