We are seeking a Courthouse Researcher / Real Estate Abstractor to join our growing team!
Responsibilities:
<ul>
<li>Researching real estate title history.</li>
<li>Conferring with the County Assessor, Collector, Recorder and Circuit Clerk to gather required information.</li>
<li>Be able to interpret the gathered information into a typed report for the client.</li>
<li>Be able to effectively communicate with county offices.</li>
</ul>
Qualifications:
<ul>
<li>Previous experience in real estate, property management, or other related fields a plus but not required.</li>
<li>Training provided</li>
<li>Ability to build rapport with clients</li>
<li>Strong typing skills, 40-50 wpm, typing test required</li>
<li>Excellent written and verbal communication skills</li>
</ul>
