Anders Group is seeking a travel Physical Therapist for a travel job in Palm Bay, Florida.
Job Description & Requirements

Schedule & Coverage
- ~30 visits per week (varies with SOCs due to documentation time)
- Schedule finalized by 5:00 PM the day prior
- Territory split by days:
- Example: Mon/Wed – North, Tue/Thu – South
- Saturday coverage required/preferred as needed
Responsibilities
- Perform Start of Care (SOC), recertification, and routine visits
- Complete accurate and timely documentation (OASIS experience preferred)
- Manage care plans for geriatric patients in home settings
- Coordinate with clinical team and case managers
Requirements
- Minimum 6 months Home Health experience (required)
- Active RN license
- Florida license required (client will wait if in process)
- Strong time management and independent field skills
- Ability to manage high-volume visit schedules
