Position Overview

We are seeking a detail-oriented and highly organized Office Clerk to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will play a crucial part in ensuring that our daily operations run smoothly and efficiently. As an Office Clerk, you will be responsible for a variety of administrative tasks that include managing correspondence, maintaining records, and providing support to different departments.




Key Responsibilities

  • Answer and direct incoming phone calls and emails promptly and professionally.
  • Maintain and organize physical and electronic files for quick and easy retrieval.
  • Prepare and distribute internal and external correspondence as needed.
  • Assist with inventory management, including ordering office supplies and equipment.
  • Facilitate the scheduling of meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements for staff.
  • Provide clerical support to various departments by assisting with data entry and document preparation.


Skills, Knowledge and Expertise

  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional certification in office management is a plus.
  • Proven experience as an office clerk or in a similar administrative role.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and other relevant software applications.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills with a focus on professionalism.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
