Position: Assembly Technician
Shift: 2nd Shift (Initial training will be conducted on 1st Shift for approximately 1–3 months before transitioning to 2nd Shift)
Compensation: $20–$23 per hour
Requirements:
- Strong mechanical skillset
- Ability to read and interpret technical prints
- Must have own tools
- Reliable transportation
- Composite or steel-toe boots
- May work on mechanical sub-assemblies, such as turrets, arms, wrists, robots, cable installation, cable catrac and rail assemblies for P-series products that meet Manufacturing
- Production Plans, standards and Engineering Specifications/Guidelines
- Manufacturing Productivity – Daily technicians must know work schedule and meet the schedule requirements.
- Process– Access control plans, quality documents, understand specifications and guidelines.
- Quality Inspection -. Ensure product and workmanship meets standards. Verify assembly and test results data is complete and within defined ranges as needed.
- Care of Tooling/Equipment: Proper care and use of tools and compliance with Tool
- Housekeeping: Use a 5-S approach to organizing your work area with team.
- Safety Compliance: Know and work to Basic Safety Training and Procedures (including but not limited to HAZ MAT, LOCKOUT, TAGOUT, robot safety, risk assessments and proper PPE).
- ERP System: Complete work orders and all related work order tasks
