PrideStaff is seeking a proactive and energetic Receptionist to assist one of our valued clients in the Davie area. As the first point of contact, you will be responsible for creating a welcoming environment, managing communications, and providing essential administrative support to various departments. Responsibilities
- Greet and welcome visitors with a professional and friendly demeanor; ensure the reception area remains tidy and professional.
- Efficiently manage a multi-line phone system, providing basic company information and accurately transferring calls to the correct departments.
- Assist various departments with light administrative tasks, including data entry, filing, scanning, and mail distribution.
- Sign in guests and notify staff of arrivals; maintain security by following office check-in procedures.
- Monitor incoming emails and general inquiries, responding or forwarding as necessary to maintain high service standards.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Outlook, and Excel) and the ability to learn new internal computer systems quickly.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills with a clear, professional phone manner.
- A great attitude with a focus on customer service; must be personable and welcoming.
- Proven ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously (phones, visitors, and paperwork) while staying organized and calm.
- Must have reliable transportation to the Davie area and a consistent attendance record.
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screening.
