Business Development Manager – Home Health Care Agency
Location: Brick, NJ
Hours: 10:00 AM – 3:00 PM, 2–3 days per week- But Flexible

Well-established, reputable home health care agency based in Brick, NJ, proudly serving clients throughout Monmouth and Ocean Counties. We are dedicated to providing exceptional, compassionate care to seniors and individuals in need of home-based support.
We are currently seeking an outgoing, professional Business Development Manager to help expand our referral network and strengthen relationships with local rehabilitation centers, hospitals, senior communities, networking groups and other healthcare providers.
Responsibilities:
- Visit rehabilitation centers, hospitals, senior communities, and medical offices to promote Ambient Home Care’s services and build referral relationships.
- Attend networking events, community outreach programs, and professional gatherings on behalf of the agency.
- Establish and maintain ongoing relationships with discharge planners, social workers, case managers, and healthcare professionals.
- Distribute marketing materials, brochures, and business cards throughout Monmouth and Ocean Counties.
- Track outreach activities and provide weekly updates to agency leadership.
- Represent the agency professionally and positively in all interactions with partners and the community.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in healthcare marketing, community outreach, or sales preferred (home care or rehabilitation experience a plus).
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Reliable transportation and willingness to travel throughout Monmouth and Ocean Counties.
- Self-motivated, organized, and comfortable working independently.
- Part-time to start, with the potential to transition to full-time based on performance and success.
- Availability between 10:00 AM and 3:00 PM, 2–3 days per week.
Compensation:
- $30-$35 per hour
- Mileage reimbursement for all approved travel
