MECHANICAL FIELD TECHNICIAN

Industrial Mechanical Equipment

$30 to $40 / Hour

Chicago Area

We seek an individual to work in our Field Engineering and Startup Division of one of the world’s largest and oldest manufacturer of industrial production equipment. There is an extensive initial TRAINING PROGRAM to teach the specifics of our large automated industrial systems and build upon your electro-mechanical skills. Our large industrial machinery and equipment is used extensively in the MATERIAL HANDLING INDUSTRY, as well as, many metal oriented industries.

We need those with experience working with one or more of the following:

Mechanical Components, such as Motors, Gear Boxes, Bearings, Drive Shafts, Sprockets, Roller Chains, Hydraulic Systems, Cylinders, Pumps, Valves, Saws, Cutting Tools, etc.
Candidates that have any direct “HANDS-ON” experience with industrial equipment / components used in machine building, troubleshooting, installation, startup, repair, maintenance, or material handling are skills and backgrounds we GREATLY VALUE.
