Responsibilities:

• Deliver focused nursing care to patients transitioning from intensive care, ensuring safety and effective clinical management.

• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement patient care plans.
• Provide education and support to patients and families regarding health conditions and recovery.
• Maintain accurate and detailed patient records in compliance with hospital protocols.

Qualifications:

• Current RN licensure with proven experience in step-down nursing.
