What You’ll Do:
- Review and verify the accuracy of invoices and financial documents
- Enter data into accounting systems (ledgers, journals, disbursements, etc.)
- Assist with accounts payable and receivable
- Prepare spreadsheets and various financial reports
- Scan and file accounting documents daily
- Help with quarterly and year-end audits
- Support the finance team with ongoing and special projects
What We’re Looking For:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Basic understanding of accounting principles
- Familiarity with Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook
- Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Clear communication skills (verbal and written)
- Comfortable handling confidential information
- Eagerness to learn and grow in a professional environment
Bonus Points For:
- Coursework or degree in accounting, finance, or business
- Prior experience in bookkeeping or accounts payable
- Exposure to accounting systems (e.g., Expandable, Salesforce)
