Job Description
The Sales Manager will lead a team of 1-5 members with high autonomy, overseeing both field and inside sales channels. This role involves developing and executing sales strategies, managing client relationships, and fostering pipeline growth. The Sales Manager will regularly travel (10-30%) and utilize custom CRM tools including Jobber to drive performance and collaboration across the team.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies
- Lead and mentor a sales team of 1-5 members
- Manage key client relationships to drive satisfaction and retention
- Develop and maintain a robust sales pipeline
- Analyze sales performance and provide actionable insights
- Conduct training and coaching to enhance team skills
- Prepare and deliver sales reports to stakeholders
- Collaborate cross-functionally to achieve business objectives
- 60(you)/40(company) commission on Profit of all Sales.
- Quarterly Bonuses
- Gas Card at 90 days
- Company Vehicle decided upon performance after 90 days
Preferred Qualifications
- 2+ years of experience in sales management
- Proficiency with CRM software, including custom tools and Jobber
- Strong skills in sales forecasting and strategic planning
- Proven leadership and team management abilities
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Experience with data analysis to support decision making
