We're seeking a motivated Sales & Maintenance Technician who enjoys meeting people, solving problems, and providing outstanding customer service. This commission-based position rewards hard work, initiative, and strong communication skills—there's no ceiling on what you can earn.

- Monday–Friday
- Typical hours: 8:00 AM–4:00 PM
- Flexible scheduling available
What You'll Do
- Build lasting relationships with homeowners throughout the Tampa Bay area by providing exceptional service and earning their trust.
- Perform HVAC maintenance, inspections, and system evaluations while identifying solutions that improve comfort, efficiency, and reliability.
- Educate customers on system performance, preventative maintenance, indoor air quality, energy-saving options, and equipment upgrades.
- Recommend products and services that genuinely fit each homeowner's needs while creating a positive, pressure-free customer experience.
- Deliver professional, five-star service from the first conversation through project completion.
- Represent our company with integrity, professionalism, and a customer-first attitude in every home you visit.
What We're Looking For
- 2–3 years of sales or customer-facing field experience preferred
- Friendly, confident, and professional personality
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
- Self-motivated with a strong work ethic
- Comfortable working independently and managing your schedule
- Passion for helping customers and delivering exceptional service
- Valid driver's license required
