Buscamos un Inside Sales Representative para Opa-Locka, Florida, bilingüe (inglés y español), proactivo, con perfil comercial y capacidad para relacionarse con clientes de forma clara, cercana y profesional.

Lo que harás

  • Ser la voz y la cara de la empresa ante clientes y prospectos.
  • Realizar llamadas salientes de manera constante, generando nuevas entrevistas y oportunidades comerciales.
  • Captar la atención de clientes rápidamente, comunicando el valor de nuestros productos.
  • Organizar y coordinar las agendas de nuestros representantes, generando reuniones de manera permanente.
  • Salir al campo cuando sea necesario: visitar clientes, entregar pedidos cercanos, presentar productos y abrir nuevas cuentas.
  • Aprender y manejar lenguaje técnico relacionado con mangueras, terminales, herramientas hidráulicas, neumáticas, pallet jacks a litio y autoelevadores a litio.
  • Realizar seguimiento de presupuestos, pedidos y entregas, asegurando satisfacción del cliente.
  • Mantener el CRM siempre actualizado.
  • Cerrar tus propias ventas y ganar comisiones.

Requisitos clave

  • Bilingüe inglés-español, comunicación clara y excelente dicción
  • Licencia de conducir y preferentemente vivir cerca de Opa-Locka.
  • Perfil comercial, proactivo, con energía y ganas de crecer.
  • Organización impecable para manejar agendas, seguimiento y múltiples tareas.
  • Capacidad para combinar trabajo in-house con visitas a clientes.
  • Experiencia en ventas B2B, atención al cliente o roles telefónicos comerciales.
  • Conocimientos o interés en aprender sobre equipamiento hidráulico/neumático.
  • Formación técnica: valorable y muy apreciada.

We are seeking a bilingual Inside Sales Representative (English/Spanish) to join our team in Opa-Locka, Florida. This person should be proactive, commercially driven, and able to communicate clearly and confidently with clients.

What you will do

  • Represent the company as its voice and face when speaking with clients and prospects.
  • Make outbound calls consistently to generate meetings, leads, and new business.
  • Capture attention quickly and communicate the value of our products clearly.
  • Organize and coordinate the calendars of our field representatives ensuring a steady flow of appointments.
  • Work both in-house and outside: visit customers, deliver nearby orders, present products, and open new accounts.
  • Learn and use technical language related to hoses, fittings, hydraulic tools, pneumatic equipment, lithium pallet jacks, and lithium forklifts.
  • Follow up on quotes, orders, and deliveries to maintain high customer satisfaction.
  • Keep the CRM fully updated with calls, meetings, and pipeline activity.
  • Close your own sales and earn commissions.

Key Requirements

  • Fluent English and Spanish, with clear and confident communication.
  • Valid driver’s license and ideally living near Opa-Locka.
  • Energetic, positive attitude, proactive, and commercially oriented.
  • Strong organizational skills for managing calendars, follow-up, and multitasking.
  • Ability to combine inside sales work with in-person client visits.
  • Experience in B2B sales, customer service, or phone-based commercial roles.
  • Knowledge of—or willingness to learn—hydraulic and pneumatic equipment.
  • Technical background or technical studies are a strong plus.
