Key Responsibilities:
- Perform order verification using Epic electronic health records
- Conduct final product verification checks to ensure medication safety
- Respond to clinical inquiries and provide drug information to healthcare staff
- Supervise and coordinate pharmacy technician activities to maintain workflow efficiency
- Participate in Code Blue and emergency response efforts
- Utilize IT systems including Epic and Pyxis to support pharmacy operations
Desired Qualifications:
- Active Washington State Pharmacist license is required
