Best Door & Window has been in business for over 25 years and is a market leading provider and installer of residential and commercial windows and doors. We are currently looking for a qualified, experienced Installer/Tech with at least 2 years of direct experience to join our growing construction team. The ideal candidate will be motivated, have a strong attention to detail, and is committed to delivering high-quality customer service. The qualified Installer/Tech will represent our commitment to excellence when serving our customers and bring a “customer first” attitude to work each day and to each job.
We are currently offering a $1,000 sign-on bonus for all new employees. Bonuses are payable subject to terms and conditions.
What we need from you:
§ A minimum of 2 years of direct experience installing residential and/or commercial windows and doors.
§ A commitment to excellence and attention to detail.
§ Demonstrated high-quality workmanship.
§ Dependability.
§ Customer-focused mindset.
§ Must have your own hand tools and reliable transportation to work. Company provides power tools.
Primary responsibilities:
§ Install windows, doors, exterior/interior trim, clean caulking lines, and other finishing techniques; ensure a quality job is completed in a safe and timely manner every time.
- Interact with Best Door & Window customers in a professional and courteous manner, while maintaining the integrity of Best Door & Window’s reputation.
§ Operate Best Door & Windows vehicles, tools, and equipment in a safe and professional manner.
§ Ensure vehicles being driven are fully equipped with all necessary parts, products, tools, and resources necessary to complete assigned projects.
§ Maintain a clean, orderly, and safe job site and remove all construction and other trash from the customer site once the job is complete.
