Key Responsibilities
Branch Leadership & People Development
- Provide day-to-day leadership and operational oversight of designated branch locations.
- Supervise, coach, and mentor Member Services Representatives (MSRs) and branch support staff to achieve individual and team goals.
- Conduct regular one-on-one check-ins, branch meetings, and performance reviews to drive accountability and growth.
- Foster a high-performance, collaborative, and member-focused culture that reflects CSIs values.
- Partner with the Director of Member Advisory Services on talent development plans, succession planning, and ongoing skills training.
Financial Advisory & Tax Services
- Deliver holistic financial advice tailored to members needs, including retirement planning, investment management, and estate planning.
- Lead branch-level tax preparation and planning services, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and proactive strategies.
- Provide supporting solutions that align with members goals, including introductions to CSI Law for legal planning needs and Restore offerings for financial well-being.
- Maintain strong technical expertise in financial products, tax law, and compliance requirements, serving as a subject matter expert for both members and staff.
- Serve as an escalation point for complex member needs, ensuring resolution with professionalism and care.
Member Experience & Relationship Management
- Build and sustain long-term relationships with members, acting as a trusted advisor who understands their evolving financial goals.
- Ensure all member interactions are consistent, personalized, and aligned with CSIs promise of confidence, service, and integrity.
- Monitor and address member feedback, service scores, and engagement metrics to continuously improve satisfaction and retention.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Partner closely with Member Advisory Operations, Financial Operations, and corporate teams to align branch initiatives with companywide strategy.
- Contribute to the design and implementation of Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) that enhance efficiency and service quality.
- Actively participate in firmwide programs, campaigns, and events that support member growth and engagement.
- Collaborate with compliance teams to ensure adherence to regulations, policies, and ethical standards.
Business Growth & Community Engagement
- Drive branch performance by meeting or exceeding advisory, tax, and member service KPIs.
- Support new member acquisition through referrals, networking, and participation in community events.
- Identify and act on opportunities to connect members with CSIs full suite of servicesincluding CSI Law, Restore, and other solutions that deliver long-term value.
- Contribute to local brand awareness by representing CSI Group in community partnerships and professional organizations.
Qualifications & Skills
- Bachelors degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or related field (preferred), Enrolled Agent (EA) License..
- 3+ years of financial services experience, with a focus on advisory and/or tax preparation.
- Demonstrated leadership experience managing one or more branch offices, advisory teams, or comparable operations.
- Strong knowledge of financial products, tax regulations, compliance standards, and industry best practices.
- Proven track record of delivering exceptional member service, with the ability to build trust and exceed expectations.
- Excellent communication, relationship-building, and coaching skills with the ability to inspire and lead teams.
- Results-oriented mindset with the ability to balance strategic leadership and hands-on client service delivery.
