Job DescriptionTransaction Management Operations Representative
Pay Range: $20 – $21/hr
Location: Jacksonville, FL or Pennington, NJ
Work Arrangement:

Training: Onsite 5 days per week

Post-Training: Hybrid (3 days onsite, 2 days remote)
About the Role
This position supports critical Non-Financial Regulatory Reporting (NFRR) processes, including abandoned account identification, statutory due diligence mailings, client claims, and regulatory escheatment reporting. The goal is to reunite clients with their assets while ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
The primary responsibility of this role is handling client inquiries and requests via inbound and outbound phone calls. Calls may involve:

Leaving detailed notes

Updating systems

Performing full verbal verification via LexisNexis

Sending documents and instructions
-
Entering requests into the Service Request Portal
Key Responsibilities

Answer client calls and email inquiries while managing multiple assignments

Communicate effectively with clients and Branch offices
-
Adhere to strict phone support schedules

Conduct outreach to reunite clients with assets

Perform account maintenance and document review for accuracy
Required Skills

Experience in document processing
-
Background in financial services or brokerage
-
Knowledge of client compliance reporting and regulatory requirements

Strong interpersonal skills with ability to de-escalate situations

Team-oriented mindset in a fast-paced environment

Excellent writing, analytical, and organizational skills

Attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks

Intermediate proficiency in MS Word, Outlook, and Excel
Desired Skills

Familiarity with abandoned property or escheatment processes
