Optometrist - Minneapolis, MN
Locations: Plymouth, Maple Grove, Elk River
Compensation: $150,000 base + 17% production bonus
Schedule: M/W/F 8:00-5:00 | T/Th 10:00-7:00 | 1 weekend/month on-call
Caseload: Up to 20 patients/day | Patient Population: All ages

About the Opportunity
You'll be a leader and role model within the practice, ensuring an exceptional patient experience while collaborating with our clinical team to drive growth and innovation. Interest in dry eye treatment and aesthetics is highly preferred.
Key Responsibilities

Perform comprehensive eye exams and manage a variety of visual health needs

Provide exceptional patient experiences and build long-term relationships

Collaborate with and support the clinical team in meeting key performance goals

Leverage cutting-edge diagnostic technology to deliver innovative eye care solutions
Qualifications

Doctor of Optometry (OD) degree

Active Minnesota state licensure (or ability to obtain)

Excellent leadership, communication, and patient care skills

Familiarity with Auto-phoropters, OCTs, Optos, Visual Fields, Revolution EHR, MPOD equipments
