You’ll be building top of the line boats in a state-of-the-art manufacturing facility! This is a fast-paced production environment that values teamwork, integrity, and quality of work. If you enjoy using hand tools, staying active throughout your shift, and working with a collaborative team, this could be a great fit for you!
Shift:
- Monday-Friday 6:00am-2:30pm $18-23 DOE.
What You’ll Do as an Assembly Technician:
- Assemble vehicle parts, sub-systems, and components
- Prepare materials and build-up parts according to specifications
- Perform inspections and quality checks throughout production
- Operate power tools, hoists, and various production equipment
- Follow safety guidelines and maintain a clean work area
What You Need to Bring to the Assembly Technician Role:
- Ability to bend, twist, kneel, squat, and reach overhead
- Strong pinch/grip strength for handling tools and components
- Ability to stand and walk for up to 8 hours per day
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and push/pull up to 100 lbs (with or without accommodation)
- Reliable attendance and strong work ethic
- Manufacturing experience is helpful but not required
