Provides clerical and operational support to ensure deliverables and records are maintained accurately at FLETC Glynco, GA.
Key Responsibilities:

Maintain administrative records and documentation.

Support timekeeping and attendance tracking.

Prepare correspondence, reports, and invoices.

Schedule meetings, manage files, and coordinate office activities.

Provide administrative support to PM and Deputy PM.
Minimum Qualifications:
-
High school diploma; Associate’s preferred.
-
2+ years administrative or clerical experience.
-
Proficiency with MS Office and data entry systems.
-
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Location & Travel:
Based at FLETC Glynco, GA, with required travel to other FLETC facilities as needed.
This position is contingent upon contract award
