We're seeking a Service Coordinator to help match and manage caregiver placements for our elderly clients. You'll be the hub of communication between our caregiving team and the individuals and families we serve. Your ability to stay organized, build relationships, and handle multiple priorities at once will be key to your success.

Key Responsibilities:
* Coordinate and schedule caregiver placements in elderly communities and personal homes
* Maintain an up-to-date understanding of our caregiver roster, including availability, skills, and attributes
* Communicate professionally and compassionately with clients, caregivers, and internal team members
* Respond to service requests and scheduling changes quickly and effectively
* Collaborate closely with team members to ensure consistent, high-quality care delivery
What We’re Looking For:
* Customer service experience is a plus
* Proficiency in Tagalog is a plus, but not mandatory
* Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
* Ability to multitask and remain calm under pressure
* Team-oriented with a kind and patient demeanor
* Reliable and professional with strong follow-through
* Willing to work at least **two weekends per month**
Schedule & Growth Path:
* Full-time, hourly role (Monday–Friday, 9 AM–5 PM) with occasional remote flexibility
