Pikes Peak Insurance Agency powered by Inszone is seeking a licensed Commercial &amp; Personal Insurance Producer with 2 years of commercial or personal insurance experience. This individual must be confident managing accounts from initial quote through renewal.

Responsibilities
<ul>
<li>Conduct coverage reviews and risk assessments</li>
<li>Collaborate with service and sales team for quoting, binding, and renewals</li>
<li>Cross-sell additional lines when appropriate</li>
<li>Maintain carrier relationships</li>
<li>Meet agreed production goals</li>
</ul>

Required Qualifications
&nbsp;
&nbsp;
<ul>
<li>Active Colorado Property &amp; Casualty license</li>
<li>2 years of Personal and/or Commercial Lines experience</li>
<li>Proven track record of meeting goals</li>
<li>Strong understanding of P &amp; C coverage forms</li>
<li>Ability to build relationships and earn referrals</li>
<li>Self-motivated and disciplined</li>
</ul>

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with agency management systems (Epic preferred)
• Strong local network
• Ability to work independently while contributing to team culture
